- Seeks to further develop an understanding of the function of communication in life and how that relates to quality of life.
- Examines the communicative experiences of organizations and relationships using both theoretical approaches and practical experience.
- Students participate in activities designed to develop knowledge and skills necessary to successfully analyze and address ethical and interpersonal communication issues.
- Offers students an opportunity to be able to reflect on and assess one's own competence in communication and how one's communication affects one's quality of life and to respectfully consider the ethical complexities of quality-of-life issues in both organizational and interpersonal settings.
