- Introduces computer hardware and system security.
- Covers state-of-the-art hardware security and trust issues, including a hands-on lab session to implement various hardware security attacks.
- Topics include applied cryptography, side-channel attacks, differential power analysis, fault injection and analysis, cache side-channel attacks (Meltdown and Spectre), acoustic analysis, and hardware security primitives (physical unclonable function and random number generator).
