- Offers students a unique opportunity to serve as management and marketing consultants to early stage startups.
- Students work with entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds (e.g., ethnic, social, religious, demographic) with experience operating a joint startup.
- Focuses on development of conflict resolution and leadership development skills that may be needed when cofounders of a startup come from diverse backgrounds.
- Students experience firsthand some of the challenges that entrepreneurs face, as well as support entrepreneurs’ efforts as problem solvers and collaborate to learn about entrepreneurship and marketing.
