- Analyzes the history and evolution of these changes and the impact on the financial services industry, with a specific focus on the banking sector.
- Discusses the management of various banking functions (risk management, governance, profitability, liquidity management, auditing, and regulation) in today’s regulatory and market environment as well as the evolution of payment systems and the expected impact of technological advancements, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, on the industry.
