- Offers new, intermediate-, or terminal-level PhD students who are engaged in teaching activities an opportunity to obtain the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to design and facilitate engaging and meaningful student-centered learning experiences.
- Consists of a teaching practicum, pedagogical training, and structured peer and mentor support.
- Offers students an opportunity to reflect upon the practice of teaching, as well as hands-on experience engaging in all of the typical activities associated with teaching a course.
- Requires English proficiency at the level set by individual program and/or college guidelines.
